Eligible Wisconsin voters may register to vote using the My Vote Wisconsin website.
Online - To register to vote online, you will need your Wisconsin Driver License or Wisconsin State ID Card number. Only voters with a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver License or Wisconsin State ID Card may use this site to register to vote. The information you enter for your voter registration will need to match your name, date of birth, and address on file with the Wisconsin DMV to complete your registration online.

Mail/Delivery - Eligible Wisconsin voters who do not have a current, valid Wisconsin Driver License or Wisconsin State ID Card may complete the voter registration form and mail or deliver their form to the Clerk's office along with a proof of residence document.
